The sooner there are publically accountable sheriffs the better it will be.
Security guards in the City of London have been instructed by police to report people acting suspiciously by taking photographs near buildings.
They really must think that terrorists are going to be so stupid as to take photos of their targets overtly. Of course they’re not going to.
