It would be nice to see our political class taking heed.

But then our politicians are not very clever either. Look at Huhne. He can’t even manage his own life.

Higher fuel prices are known killers of old people on low incomes during winter time. They die from hypothermia.

So a good slogan would be
WIND TURBINES KILL PENSIONERS

Just to make sure, the government is reducing the winter fuel allowance by £100 per couple.

I wonder how many people that will kill. It will certainly save on pensions too.

I can't see that cutting the winter fuel allowance will neccessarily save money. It'll just mean more pensioners admitted to hospital.
