What a load of Bollocks

Implausible explanation of British Ambassador to Tripoli to senior Benghazi rebel politician Mustafa Abdel-Jalil.about the presence of up to 8 SAS operatives near Benghazi.
Late Sunday afternoon say SAS men have been released and are now on the HMS Cumberland sailing in the direction of Malta.
This may not be the end of the affair as it is possible that the deal to release the British SAS may backfire on rebel politicians as event may be used by Gaddafi to undermine Benghazi rebels as being in associated to British forces.
Source material from BBC and Al Jazeera.

Truly out of his depth.

  1. WHY?

Are we getting involved in Libyan affairs?

I don't get it. Pity the SAS didn't shoot the 'diplomat' and claim political asylum in Libya. They must be mad wanting to come back to this third world and sadly third rate shithole.

  3. They could have just sailed in to Benghazi and walked down the ramp unarmed. WTF did they fly into the desert in a chopper? And why armed.

    *shakes head*

  4. I fear our Libyan trade delegation may have failed to deliver on this occassion. We shall request that Prince Andrew offers the arms to the Saudis instead.

    "Diplomat" .. Official description applied to Government employed Cock-suckers & Arse-lickers ..

I hope to God that no-one does involve that arch prat the Duke of York .. tales of his arrogance go back as far as when he was a mere Lieutenant RN & upon joining his first ship .. allegedly, told his new Captain "You may call me Andrew" .. to which the veteran Captain apparently replied "And you may call me Sir" ..
